Dianne Bakarian is a seasoned real estate professional whose career is defined by experience, resilience, and a deep connection to the communities she serves. She began her journey in real estate in 2004 after being encouraged by Robert Rinke, who recognized her potential and inspired her to pursue the profession. Since then, Dianne has built a career grounded in dedication, knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping others.

Originally from New Mexico, Dianne lived in Albuquerque and Santa Fe before spending time in several cities across California, Texas, Washington State, and Ohio. She ultimately made her way to Florida, where she established long-term roots and developed a strong understanding of the Gulf Coast market. She attended Sandia High School in Albuquerque and continued her education at California State University, Long Beach.

Dianne’s real estate career includes significant experience in large-scale development projects. She began as a developer representative with Levin Rinke Realty, where she played an integral role in the growth and sales of Portofino Island Resort. From the early stages of development through the completion of multiple towers and hundreds of condominiums, she was actively involved in the project’s success. This experience provided her with valuable insight into new construction, high-volume sales, and the intricacies of large developments.

Following her work in development, Dianne transitioned into resale properties, where she continued to excel in a fast-paced environment. Her ability to manage multiple transactions and maintain a high level of service has been a consistent strength throughout her career. Known for being approachable, friendly, and supportive, she prioritizes building strong relationships with her clients and ensuring they feel confident and cared for throughout the process.

Now back with Levin Rinke Realty, Dianne brings decades of experience, a strong network of past clients and referrals, and a deep knowledge of the local market. She remains committed to delivering exceptional service and helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.

Outside of real estate, Dianne enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her family, which continues to be a central part of her life.
